Fuss free, rapid installation
Renolit AlkorPlan liners are carefully designed to allow us to adapt to any shape of swimming pool. A typical domestic pool takes a team 1 to 2 days, with minimum disruption and the pool can be filled immediately.
Any type of swimming pool
The installation process is generally the same, whether a prefabricated pool, or a concrete pool.
For pools that will have a liner fitted for the first time, we need to adapt the pool to the liner system. The liner is fixed to inlets / outlets, such as the jets or skimmers, using a system of gaskets and stainless steel screws, that are then covered with a cosmetic plate. The current fittings in the pool need to be replaced with these. In virtually all cases, this work is carried out from inside the pool, with no need to touch the surround or the patio. This reduces the need for associated building works, reduces the mess and disruption to the client.
And this is the process
The liner is brought to the site on rolls. The liner is thermally welded twice on each seam. The seam is then sealed with a special PVC glue. We are careful to plan the installation in a way that reduces the number of seams.
Steps in the pool can be finished in a number of different non-slip finishes or designs. Whole treads in white, details in white, natural stone effect. The choices available allow you to personalize your pool.
The pool can be refilled immediately, there is no drying time, or waiting.
Our stock colours of liner and non-slip material are detailed in the information pack sent with your quote.
