This pool is located in the town of Jávea on the Costa Blanca. The house is mostly used for holiday rentals, so it is important that the swimming pool is in good condition, will not injure anyone, is easy to care for and not leaking.

This pool showed the typical problems of years of wear, tiles were falling off, grout missing, dangerous and sharp broken glass mosaic tiles on the edges of the steps and so on.

The reinforced liner from Renolit solves these problems. The pool can be renovated very quickly, with minimal mess. This large 12×6 swimming pool took one of our installation teams just 2 days. These were long days, as had to finish working under flood lights at 10pm!

The process starts with changing the fittings to be compatible with the liner. These include the skimmer, drain, jets, lights, hoover point etc…. Most of this is done from inside the pool, meaning that the surround doesn’t have to be touched.

Once the new skimmers etc are all in place, the top plate is fixed in place and then the liner is welded in. Each joint is welded twice and then further sealed with liquid PVC. The liner itself is treated with lacquer and leaves a smooth easy care finish.

The liner is guaranteed by the multi-national manufacturer, Renolit, for 10 years, giving peace of mind that your pool structure will be trouble free.
